Stop worrying too much

Let’s talk about worrying too much. Did you know that a lot of the things we worry about never even happen? Like, 40% of them! And some of the things we worry about are about stuff that’s already happened, and we can’t change that. Plus, worrying about other people’s business or getting sick doesn’t really help either. So, only about 8% of the things we worry about are actually worth it!

The word “worry” comes from a word that means to strangle or choke. That’s because worrying too much can make you feel really bad and even make you sick! It’s not worth it!

So, instead of worrying, try this: think about the worst thing that could happen in a situation. Then, get ready to deal with it, just in case. After that, try to make things better if they do go wrong. And remember, worrying doesn’t really help fix anything.

You can’t change the past, and you can’t control everything that might happen in the future. But you can do your best right now, without worrying too much. So, focus on today and do what you need to do!
