Learning from our amazing past

We feel proud about the history of our Indian civilization, but do we really understand it? Our ancient civilization was great, but what about now? We have so many advancements today, like technology and knowledge, but something seems missing. It’s like we’re in a dark age, called Kali-yuga. But what does that mean?

The darkness we’re in isn’t because we don’t know enough about the world. We have more knowledge than ever before! So why do we feel lost? It’s because we’ve forgotten about our spiritual side. We’re so focused on material things that we’ve lost touch with what really matters in life.

Using bombs and guns might seem like progress, but it’s not. True civilization isn’t about how powerful our weapons are or how much stuff we have. It’s about understanding ourselves and our connection to something bigger.

Long ago, Indian sages understood this. They knew that we’re not just bodies; we’re spiritual beings. But we’ve forgotten this, and it’s causing us a lot of problems.

Imagine if you took a fish out of water and put it on land. No matter how comfortable you make it, the fish will still suffer because it’s not where it belongs. In the same way, we’re suffering because we’re disconnected from our spiritual side.

Our ancient Indian civilization taught us that real happiness comes from understanding our spiritual nature. This message is found in ancient texts like the Gita and the Vedas. It’s about finding peace within ourselves and living in harmony with the world around us.
